What was your worst travel experience?
I haven't had too many bad trips, but I had one trip from hell. It's too long to type out the entire story and I don't want to relive it anyway, but suffice it to say the airline lost and damaged my luggage, I was injured, my sister missed her connecting flight, etc. Have you ever had a really bad experience while traveling?

Never had a bad experience like the one you had. Probably the only bad experience I had was waiting and extra 5 hrs for my connecting flight.

Re: What was your worst travel experience?
I've been lucky in the sense that entire trips weren't bad, but I've had some bad traveling times. Once coming back from London I had a stop off in Dallas/Fortworth on my way back and for some stupid reason they left the gangway open. Now it was about 100 degrees outside (middle of summer) and the run way they said was about 120 degrees... Anyway, long story short, we had to wait 4 hours while they got giant air conditioners to cool the airplane. They could only get it down to about 80 degrees before we took off, so everyone was sweating like hell the whole way back...

Did you hear about that Delta flight where people were forced to wait for hours on the runway without food, water, air conditioning, bathrooms AND the toilet was leaking sludge down the aisle?

My worst experience was 14 years ago when I first went to New York City. I barely spoke English and I got ripped off by a cab driver.

Re: What was your worst travel experience?
NYC cab driver will pull a fast one on on suspecting people they think are tourist. It still happens to me and when you ask the driver why he is taking a longer route he will give you an answer of either there is traffic or an accident on the shorter route, which you know is BS.

Re: What was your worst travel experience?
A Vegas cab driver did something similar to us a few years back. Total BS.

Disney Land. Too many Lines, too much walking, and too pricey.

Re: What was your worst travel experience?
About one year ago we were stuck on American airlines at a Texas airport. Being elderly we thought American would have a heart. We had to scream on the top of our lungs to get a place to stay.
