Before seeing this video I for one would not consider going to India for a medical procedure, but after watching and see how the cost is substantially lower I might consider it now.

My biggest concern would have been the language barrier, but the doctors and nurses in the video spoke flawlessly.

I guess it would not be that big of a deal. Our insurance companies have priced out most of these surgeries to everyone but the super rich. If you insurance companies deny you, you might not have any other choice.
