How is winter in New Zealand? Just wondering, like how cold is it there?

Well, it's winter, is during our summer for one thing. I've heard it's nice. Just think "lord of the rings"

Depends very much on where you are going, the further South the colder it is.

In Auckland you are looking at coldish weather, maybe a few foggy days, but mostly clear skys, and chilly. If you go to the south Island you'd be looking at snow.
