 Drinking and smoking age? What is the drinking and smoking age in New Zealand? How well is it enforced?

Re: Drinking and smoking age? You have to be 18 years of age or over to purchase either tobacco or alcohol. As for the enforcement of this I think it would be the same as in the United States.

I think what Dulce was trying to say is that even with all these strict rules we have in the U.S. we still have so many problems related to what these rules were suppose to prevent.
