Destination avatars has been added for all to use and so far there are a total of 18 destinations. If you don't see one you like just post what your looking for and I will see what I can do.
To use the gallery you would first sign in => click the link to control panel => profile => edit avatar => display gallery
If you didn't already know you can also use a flag avatar as well as upload your own.

I think I have a palm tree pic you are looking for, avatar of a beach with palm trees. If this isn't what you have in mine let me know I have a couple more created and ready to upload.
